To Eleanor and Family:
I am sad today learning of the death of Mrs. Law..Mimi..Eleanor you know I am thinking about you and hoping that you are okay! I remember meeting her with you on several occasions and what a lovely, sweet lady she was.
I know Eleanor that you were a wonderful daughter to her who took great care of her and gave her a lot of love. You will miss her the rest of your life, like I miss my Mom! You just don't get over llosing your Mom!!
I have to laugh now and then as I think of the funny stories you used to tell me about your adventrues with her...remember those great times and hold on to them.
Give my love to your children and all the family. I am here if you need me!
Love You Lots!

I remember MiMi so well when I visited her with my friend Roberto from the army. She recieved us like we were her own. We returned the favor when she cut her hand and we got our medics aid bag and doctored her up. She refused to go to the doctor for it. I will always remember her cooking and her generous smile. I will miss you but now you have seen The King I would never wish you back. Love You!

OH...how exciting it was to hear that doorbell ring, when I was growing up...You know "ding dong...Avon calling". Mom would answer the door and there would be Mrs. Law(the Avon lady). She was always dressed to the "t", every hair in place and she always had red lips and pretty, pretty, perfect red finger nails and she always smelled so good and had a sweet sweet smile on her face and a sparkle in her eye. And the best part was....those little lipstick samples that she would leave. My sister Martha and I delighted in having those to play with. We would hide them, like they treasures. To this day, we still talk about Mrs. Law(the AVON Lady) and those little lipstick samples and how we got so excited when she came by. These are memories that can't be erased.
