Jody Ainsworth (Beaumont, TX)

Dear Friends,
I am so thankful that I had the privilege of knowing LaRue almost all of my life. She worked with us as children in Sunday School, Training Union, VBS, and Children's Choir. There was nothing she thought we could not do. She taught us music that anyone else would not have dared to attempt, like "The Holy City"! When I came back to Beaumont after college, LaRue was still teaching children to sing. Her faithfulness and musical talent were incredible. She was a constant source of encouragement to me. I loved her and will never forget her. What a lady! May God comfort you during this time.

I am so sorry for your great loss. I will never forget LaRue and all the "LaRuisms" I heard from her. We had many fun times at work back in the '80s..... "Merciful Heavens".....I learned so much about life from her! I learned how to take things in stride and not get too stressed about the small stuff. I know she will continue to be in our hearts forever.
