Sorry for the loss of a high school friend. We hung out together along with Rubin Vigil and Larry Freeman. We would go to Winnie an hang out because Rubin had friends that lived there. Barnard made many friends there at that time, this was in 1964 and 1965. The only son I meet was Victor when he lived in Bridge City before he said he was moving to Houston. Victor and all the family, again I'm sorry. Saturday, January 2, 2010 |

Bernardo always had a smile on his face and always treated me and my sons with great respect and kindness. For many years I would see him in church on Wednesday and Sunday. Senora Martinez, you are in my prayers as is your family. I will never forget hearing Bernardo when he praised God and said "Gloria a Dios". He loved the Lord and wasn't ashamed of telling people about the Lord. He is now with the One he loved for so long and one day we will all see him again when we reach heaven. May the Lord give you peace knowing that your precious Bernardo is present with the Lord. Friday, January 1, 2010 |
