Pauline "Shug" Richey

Doris Doggett (Orlando, FL)

What fond memories we have of Sis. Pauline. She attended the first church my husband, Gerald, and I pastored. It was such an honor to serve as pastors to the Richey family. She and Bro. Richey became our on site Mom and Dad. When we first moved to Winnie, she immediately claimed our oldest daughter, Angie, (the only one we had at the time) as her foster grandmother. So many years ago, but what precious memories we have to remember. We've never forgotten her or her family.

Know that our prayers are with you all, and I know we'll all be together again when we reach our Heavenly home. May the Peace of God, Comfort of the Holy Spirit and your precious memories of her give you comfort in the days ahead.

Love to all,
Doris & Gerald Doggett

I am so sorry for your loss. At first I was troubled that she left on Christmas, then I realized what a sweet thought it is that Jesus called her home for a celebration at this special time. I did not know her, but I know that she raised some amazing kids.
