We are so sorry for the loss of your Mom and Grandmother. Amy and I have been friends it seems like forever. We had such a wonderful friendship. It was the kind that we didn't talk everyday or even for months, but when we did we picked up like I had talked to her 10 minutes ago. I remember her red car we drove it like a bat out of heck, windows down and singing at the top of our lungs. When Amy got her concession trailer we had a ball. Bingo we loved, I think Amy and I went to the first bingo game that was legal here, but we traveled playing too. We did many things and had such fun doing them all. Amber and Acie loved Miss Amy dearly, when they were young they always wanted to go see Miss Amy. Amy was like family to us and we will always hold her in our hearts. She will be greatly missed, She is in heaven with my Mama they are probably playing BINGO now.

I am so sorry for your loss. I worked with Amy at the festivals and really grew to love her. She was a very special person and I know that she will be missed by all who knew her.

My heart goes out to all of Amy's children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Amy and I became friends when we were 7 years old. Had lots of fun. On Saturdays we were at the Gaylynn movie theater, wearing our Dad's white shirt, bluejeans and penny loafers. We were cool. Will never forget the Saturday Janis Joplin sat with us at the Jefferson Theater. Amy and I double dated, and ended up at the Pig Stand. She taught me how to drive, and we ended up in the Neches River, in her Dad's car. She was a dear person you never forget. It brings comfort that a sweet friend is now an Angel, looking over the family she loved so much. God Bless all. with love, JoAnn
