Jane, Stephen, and Michael: I am so sorry to here of David's death. David was a fine man and I thoroughly enjoyed working with him in Scouts. He was always happy to do anything we asked for the boys and loved talking to them about the military and the Naval Academy.
My thoughts and prayers are with you during this very difficult time.
