Liz and I were childhood buddies and I read about her passing in the paper Saturday afternoon. I am so sorry to have missed the opportunity to pay my respects to an old and dear friend. My thoughts and prayers go out to her family at this mournful time. She was a beautiful person.

Just wanted to let you know Liz will be missed terribly. She was such an important part of my life as I grew in my faith. Her smile could light up any darkness and the strength she had always amazed me.
