Shirley, I have so many fond memories of George. I remember being at your home and his showing me his coins, especially that very large silver nickel, and his photos, etc. of his days in the military. We used to have some great conversations as my George and you worked on the computer.
He has left an empty seat in our Church. I will miss his hugs during The Peace as well as his sense of humor.
Shirley, please know that we love you and are sorry for your great loss. His loss is felt by all of us.

My deepest condolences to the family. Mr. Huddle was a sweetheart. He always called me "Miz Mac" when we would chat at the mailbox and I have fond memories of his taking Munchkin for rides in the truck. David enjoyed visiting with Mr. Huddle and every time I look across the street I can still see them sitting under the carport talking. My prayers are with Shirley and the rest of the family. My condolences to George's family and friends. We were co-workers at Jefferson Construction for several years back in the '70s. Had some great times with him. He did a lot to keep a pretty rowdy crew headed in the right direction. He'll be missed. Saturday, September 5, 2009 |
