i cannot find the words to describe what your mother and grandmother have done for me and my family.
she was one of a kind and influenced so many people with her kindness, and took the time to help even when it may have
taken time from things she needed to do.
thank you so much for including my family member as a special friend . take comfort in the person she was and how many people loved her.

Dorothy and Lynn (Beaumont, TX)

Dear Family,
It was my privilege to visit with Patsy during her stay in Summer Place. I will always treasure the times we had together. She was a lady who loved much, gave much, accepted much, and endured much. She never complained and she even made me laugh at times with her smile and with that wink that said more then words. We listened to the gospel music, ate chococlate, held hands and prayed lots of times. "A friend loveth at all times"... that was Patsy. We will miss her,
Dorothy and Lynn Steed

Wylie Branch (FortWorth, TX)

To my extended family-

Sweet tea, Grand Marquis', cleaning fishtanks, trip to Jamaica, warm hugs and firm looks are just a few of the life experiences that I am lucky enough to have shared with this wonderful woman. "Mom's" spirit will live on in the countless cherished memories of the many people she touch throughout the life she so fully lived. Strength and peace are in my prayers for the family she loved so dearly.

Charles and Luanne Fagan (Hot Springs Village, AR)

It's difficult today to see beyond the sorrow-but take refuge in the realization that Patsy was very tired and a cure was not to be. The fact that she lives in the hearts of those left behind is not to die.

John Hildebrand (Cuero, TX)

As a young hire, just out of college in 1969, it was my pleasure and good fortune to work with Pat Burroughs in Beaumont, Texas. She was both a mentor and good friend, always professional in her demeanor and demonstrating the highest standards of business behavior. She was a wonderful friend, and will be very much missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing her.
