I am so sorry that you're having to go through the pain of losing your mother. It is so hard to watch them drift away, and even though we know it's to a better place it still doesn't take the ache out of our hearts. She was a lovely lady.

Dear Diane, Jon, and Greta,
I am so sorry for the loss of your mother. She was a trooper through all of this. I will always consider her a second mother to me and my roommate for a few months. I did enjoy her company and will always remember her asking me while in the kitchen, "Do you like to cook?"
She is now at peace and is with your Dad and Ga. Just know that she loved you all very much and will see you again.

Diane, Jon and Greta,

You know I loved Marie--she was a mother-figure to me. And all-the-more-so since I lost my own last month. I knew her most of my life! I'll never forget her two "signature" responses: "hee-hee-hee" and "Wha-a-a-a-a-t?"!!! Well, Di, our Mothers are together, once again, and don't you know they're trying to figure a way to ride shotgun on us! Be assured my Mother was there, waiting to welcome her Home, finally Young, Beautiful, and HEALTHY once again!!! I hope she'll forgive me for having to be a food nazi these last few weeks! I wish we'd had her longer, but God was most Merciful and took her while she still recognized all of us! You're all in my prayers--the mourning is all fo us.
