+Mike was always a good friend and a fellow employee at Oil City Brass Works. We always enjoyed talking football - be it Aggie events or Pro-ball. Mike will be greatly missed by all.
Our prayers are with your family.

To Carol Jean, Rodney and all of Mike's family and friends, our heartfelt prayers and sympathies. It's been great to see comments all across the Internet from those who remember his days with the AFL championship Oilers teams. Wednesday, June 18, 2008 |

OUR FAMILY HERO/IDOL -- Mike lived with my family - when drafted by the Niners -- we were first cousins -- but lost contact with work, familys, etc. We will never forget his carismic, happy go lucky ways while with us -- he was my Dads (his nephews) idol and we were so proud of him--we met many player at that time and attended many games -- he was our little slice of heaven -- and will always be remembered as long as we live. Love your cousin Barb (Leon Styles daughter) Wednesday, June 18, 2008 |

For Carol and family. I met Mike through my deceased husband Dick Cole. Dick loved Mike as a brother. I quickly understood why my husband called Mike his friend. Mike was such an easy person to love. He enjoyed life. I will miss seeing him. May God bless your dear family, my thoughts and prayers are with you.God has you all in His hands, call on Him and He will comfort you at this time.. I only met Mike once or twice, but my stepdad (Dick Cole), knew him very well. Dick has already gone to heaven and I am sure that he and Mike are up there now enjoying a wonderful round of golf.
Our prayers are with the Dukes family at this time of sorrow.
