Dear Mom:

I wish I had more years to spend with you. The last few have been hard. Nobody can ever fill the shoes of your mother and I have missed you dearly. I know your at peace and with God cause the bible says "To be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord."This gives me comfort. I love you and look forward to being with you again. Love Your only Daughter.

Kathy Gray - Gallier (Beaumont, TX)

Dear Mom:

I have been thinking about you so much lately. Mostly of all the fun things you did with all us kids growing up. You made our young childhood so happy. You were such a good moma.
I smile when I think of you and the good times we had riding motorcycles, working in the yard, cooking, swimming and anything we could think of to do. It feels so good to have those memories and not the struggling ones. I know your up in heaven playing the piano and singing with the angles. This makes my heart feel good. I love You. Kathy Jane

Karen Hammonds (Antioch, CA)

David, Kathy, Pat, & Robert ~ I'm so sorry to hear about the loss of your Mother, as I know your loss, because I just lost my Mother Mary the 20 Jan 06. Doris was my first cousin, and you guys are my 2nd cousins, but we are still family. A friend told me that when we are born, we are the one crying and everyone else is laughing, but when we die, we are the one laughing, and everyone else is crying. Doris will truly be missed by all that knew her. Your family will be in my thoughts & my prayers. God Bless ~ Karen Hammonds
