Bill, I was so saddened to learn of Gail's passing. I remember visiting with you and her when you first moved to Jasper, before you came to work for our company. My thoughts go back to the time you and I worked in Honduras. I remember how you talked about Gail back then. Your and my friendship goes back to 1960. Though I have always been able to express my feelings, I now find my command of language inadequate to let you know of my true feelings. All I can say is I am sorry for your loss and I will lift you up in my prayers.

Mary Miranda Simmons (Lohman)

I remember riding to one of our family trips to Florida with Aunt Gail, Uncle Bill, and Linda. We probably listened to "Funkytown" 100 times and laughed the whole way there!
Then there was that summer I spent two weeks in Beaumont and Aunt Gail was my mom for the duration! We swam at the Cokinos pool and made pizza at midnight (which Uncle Bill declared a "bad plan")-- a great memory. I will miss her greatly.

Bernadette Penn Lawrence (Baton Rouge, LA)

My family and I lived next door to Gail and her family on St. Katherine St.
I remember we were all like a family in our little neighborhood. Gail was four years older than me but she was always a very friendly person to be around. Sorry to hear of her passing. Will keep ya'll in my prayers.
