Mrs. Redding was a great teacher! She loved her students students so much and taught her students to never give up and always reach for our goals. Mrs Redding is the reason I never gave up in school. She inspired her students to achieve and be successful! She was always there when you needed help! I was always happy when it was time to go to her class! I miss her dearly and words can't express how upset I was when I found out Mrs Redding my old English teacher passed. Thanks for all you did Mrs Redding!! Love you and miss you dearly! Rest In Peace! I first met Marie when I was in junior high school. She complemented my orange coat and I never forgot how that made me feel. She was one of many educators who inspired me to join the teaching profession. The second half of my teaching career I was lucky to teach along with Marie at Nederland High School. When my son became high school age, I made sure he was in her class. Marie was kind and caring. God bless her sweet soul. Friday, October 7, 2016 |

Ms. Redding had a very special place in my heart! She was one of my favorite teachers who moved from C O Wilson to Nederland High school with the first freshman class. I had the privilege of being in her class for 2 years! Her friends & family are in my prayers during this time of need! She will be missed by all!!! Wednesday, October 5, 2016 |
