Gramps was a true seafaring man of the world even smoked a pipe just like Popeye. I always loved all the stories he would come home and tell about his sea adventures. Stories so fascinating and vivid that you could almost put yourself on board the ship, I loved his knowledge about everything. I also loved the fact that he took classes at Lamar with Janice Joplin. Mostly I just loved you George Zahar.
