I feel blessed to have known Carol. She was a good friend and coworker. She definitely knew her "stuff" around the City's Finance department and a more dedicated employee would be hard to find! I really appreciated so many things about Carol. She was strong, smart, witty and she had the driest sense of humor that I completely adored! While I feel sadness missing this lovely lady, I feel some comfort knowing she is no longer suffering but is now resting in His presence. God bless you, my dear Carol. Love, Victoria.

I worked with Carol for many years at the City. She had a sense of humor that I loved ! I will always remember that and her way of keeping the office supplies in stock. Rest in peace copier dictator banshee lady! Heaven will be organized in no time!!

A best friend for sure, but more importantly a true friend. And if you were Carol's friend, you can rest assured it wasn't a false friendship. She didn't play that game. Always true to herself. I loved going with her to BCP, SOST, NOLA, the beach and of course WineStyles (go ask for a 'Carol'); but especially loved just floating around in our pool-- always with a 'no talking' rule so we could read. I will miss that so very much! but not as much as I will miss her!! Love and miss you already my friend, but I know you are a free spirit now.
Cathy, you proved yourself a compassionate, loving and dedicated sister. She was blessed and thankful to have you by her side through this and all of her life's highs and lows! My love to you & Mark and all of her nieces and nephew.

Like many, my heart is hurting. Selfish that we will now be deprived of Carol’s presence, quiet demeanor, and friendship. Everyone has the same thing to say about her -- her slip-in-out-of-nowhere dry, witty one-liners….. that only Carol could deliver. And her voice was so quiet you’d have to really listen or you’d miss it. Carol is one of those people I will always find a smile on my face when I think of her. And I will think of her, often. She will not be forgotten. God bless her family and friends.
