I had the honor of knowing Bennie for over 20 years. He was the kindest man I have ever known. I respected him and loved him. He was the kind of man that every man should strive to be like.

To the Quandel Family:

I am so sorry to hear about the passing of Bennie Quandel. Bennie was a fun and exceptional co-worker - so easy to work with. I worked with Bennie at ExxonMobil (formally Mobil) in Beaumont starting back in 1985. I worked with him when he was in the Instrument Department and also when he later moved to the Control Center as a Distributed Control System (DCS) Specialist. Bennie was such an easy going guy and certainly was very skilled. As a young kid, I had a love for electronics and of course was amazed by Bennie's skills in this area - he will be greatly missed. I have nothing but fond memories of him and I hope that everyone in the family knows that his co-workers loved and appreciated him almost as much as you do. I will always remember him and I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers.

Sincerely,

Randall Roy
