I love you Patti! I love your family also! You will be missed. And like I said, I'll see you on the other side with me will be 2 tennis racquets and we can hit the court...splitting sets and going into tie-breaker after tie-breaker. Can't wait to see you again happy and healthy. Again, I love you dear Patti!

Melanie Lanuza (Beaumont, TX)

I'm so sad that another amazing person has been lost to this terrible disease. I was blessed to work with Patti at LIT for five years, and every time we spoke, there were smiles and laughter. She was adored by her students, and she loved them back. I got to see this first hand at every graduation ceremony I photographed when she hugged each student who walked across the stage at the end of every semester.
The LIT family has lost another piece of its heart.

It is obvious that education is held as a major priority in the Harrigan family. I had Patti's dad for several classes as a professor during my college days. My heart goes out to him, and all of Patti's extremely loved ones.

I wish I could have gone to the visitation or funeral, but my heart was with you, my dear. May you rest in peace and comfort with the love so many have for you.

Blessings,
Melanie Lanuza

I had the pleasure of living just down the street from the Harrigans. My children went to school with the Harrigan children and they knew each other for many years until all the children flew the nest. I loved Patti. She was always such a sweet little girl. It saddens my heart to know that her life was so short. My thoughts and prayers go out to the family.
