I have so many fond memories of Uncle Buster. His home was always open and he and Aunt Ann were the most generous of hosts. My most sincere condolences to Cheryl, Pam, Tina and Marilyn and the rest of the family. He will be remembered with great fondest and happy memories. May he rest in peace.

Buster you will be missed so much thank you for sharing your long lived life with me and the Eddins family. Thanks for sharing your gardening tips with me and the many joyous holiday's and family times together. Buster you never spoke out of place. But goodness when you did speak I was listening. You always just sat and listened.i'm going to miss visiting you and your old stories you use to share with me.You always talked about your girls and each one of them was a blessing in your life. God be with you to your journey home to be with our loving. Father. Praying for your family today my Father in law. That you may help them through this troublesome time.Amen

Jack Langston (Village Mills, TX)

I remember Buster from long time back. I thought I remember meeting a Shaffer in the branch bottom long before I knew Buster. I worked 30 years with Eddie's dad Watsey. I seen Buster at the post office now and then and we chatted. This are fine family's from Hardin County. I think Buster had a pallet mill at one time in Village Mills. My granddad was Buster's neighbor 1/2 mile away. I'm calling Bro Dave Gardner and tell him of the treasure we lost and the good Lord gained. May Christ be with these family's.
