Bill was one of the best people that I've had the pleasure of working with. I enjoyed the time we spent together off the job as well. I would go fishing with him in Harrisburg and he would deer hunt with me at my dad's farm in Greene County. My deepest sympathies.

Ray & Jan Bergeron (Winnie, TX)

Our thoughts and prayers to the family. Mr. Bill might not have been born and raised in Winnie but he fit in like he had been here forever. It was an honor to have him as a friend. When you here the term "they broke the mold after they made him" it was a true statement of Mr. Bill. He was definitely one of a kind. We feel that he earned his wings on Earth with his huge heart, giving spirit, kind ways and thru the respect that he gave and earned by everyone he met. May he rest in heavenly peace.
