Heaven gained a beautiful Angel in Audie McDonald today. So much can be said about her fighting spirit and how she drew others to join the fight with her for so many years. Audie seemed to take every challenge in stride. What a blessing!
Our thoughts and prayers of peace and strength are with Audie and the McDonald family during this very difficult time. Audie won this race!

Dear Cecile, Steve, Barbara, and family, My heart's breaking for you today. After reading the description of the wonderful person Audie was, I feel envious that I did not know her personally. She sounds like pure joy. You had terrible times, I'm sure, and today is probably one of them, but you must also have bags and bags of happy memories. Love and condolences to you,

I had the pleasure of meeting and working with Audie and her parents through BISD years ago. She was truly a remarkable young lady and her family served as an inspiration to us all. My deepest sympathy to Audie's family. I feel very privileged to have crossed paths with her. Wednesday, April 22, 2015 |
