Harold "Hal" John Laine, Jr.
August 4, 1943 - January 30, 2015
JEAN & BOB PFEUFFER (NEW BRAUNFELS 78132, TX)

We loved to travel with Hal and Shirley, and made many trips with them as part of Judge Gist's continuing education group. We came to love and appreciate them both. He was always happy and would always have great stories to tell. Hal was was up early with Bob for breakfast and they had many great times together solving the problems of the world! Helsinki this past year was very special with them due to Hal's family being from Finland. We will sorely miss him and hope Shirley and the boys will be with us on the next trip to off set this great loss.

Dear Mrs. Laine, Brian & Kevin,

My sincere condolences for your loss. Hal was always quick with a smile, a laugh, or a word of encouragement. He is fondly remembered as a true gentleman, always willing to go out of his way for those who were troubled or less fortunate.

To Hal's Family,

I was so saddened to hear of
Hal's sudden passing. I worked at adult probation for 12 years and wrote many pre sentence reports involving Hal's clients. I also had numerous opportunities to be with him in court. He was such a kind and funny man, and a great attorney! I will remember him fondly! My prayers are with you all during this very sad and difficult time.
