I am so sad to hear this news. I have thought of him often. I will always remember when he would come to the house and knock on the door and say can Shelby play or can korey play. He was so special on our street before you guys moved. The kids were excited the yr we did the 12 days secret Santa.you all will be in my thoughts and prayers. Billy never met a stranger. I can still see him riding his scooter down the street. Again I am so sorry for y'all's loss and he will forever be in anyone who knew him heart. Such a special young man. Tuesday, January 27, 2015 |

Billy and family, I'm so sorry for your loss. Billy was a special guy as said never met a stranger. Loved seeing him at the Heritage Festival every year walking around with you going on rides. My son Justin would tell me everyday when he came home from Central that Billy said hi. He was a sweet boy who will be truly missed.
