I have just learned of the passing of Mrs. Mary Sudela. My heart goes out to all the Sudela children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. Mr. and Mrs. Sudela were true gems of Christian charity and Catholic action. Nederland, St. Charles Church, and the Nederland Knights of Columbus have all been enriched by Mrs. Sudela and all her beloved family. Undoubtedly, she will tirelessly endeaver to bring all her children closer to Christ by virtue of her nearness to God as she did here on earth.
