We were so shocked to learn of Harley's passing. He was such a fine, intelligent man who was always willing to help no matter what the task. We lost touch after IKE destroyed so much on the Bolivar Peninsula. We lost April in December 2011 and this news just breaks our hearts. We know God has a brand new Angel and we pray God will surround the family with his mercy and grace. God bless you all.
