To the Pickren Family. You have my deepest sympathy. Tom always displayed an attitude of helpfulness. I will never forget his kind deeds shown to me. May God be with you.

Our prayers and thoughts are with all of you during this time of loss. I truly enjoyed working with Tom while in Beaumont. He was always so positive and supportive in our engineering and project endeavors be it at Beaumont or Hull- Daisetta. He was my first supervisor there at the Mobil Oil Beaumont Refinery and a true friend, Dennis Mudd and family

Linda and John,

I was also shocked to hear of Tom’s passing. I first met your family when I was introduced as “your paper girl.” Every few months I would come by and you guys would invite me in and just the little time I had with you guys was special for me. Then seeing Tom on the business side, when he would come into the ENGlobal office, it was a pleasure to see him. Tom was just a nice and warm person. I could see that he was not only a great person, but a great husband and father. I know that he will be missed, but I pray that you will be comforted knowing that you are in our hearts and prayers during this difficult time. I know that a lot of his friends that he has touched through the 68 years he was on this earth will truly miss him and never forget him.

I was shocked today to read of Tom's passing on Friday. I've always enjoyed meeting with Tom about every two months to have lunch and "catch up" with life's events. Most of us in business have "personal friends" and "business friends". After over 40 years of working with Tom, he was a top business friend but had also become a personal friend. We last had lunch on May 9, 2014. I had tried to call him several times over the past few weeks but could not reach him and now see perhaps why. We had many discussions, some serious and some comical with lots of laughs. He had a way of offering encouragement and making one feel better, even during life's most trying times. Mutual respect would best describe our strong relationship. My deepest condolences to Linda and John, whom I will be praying for during this time. I will also miss him very much. God bless you.
