My deepest sympathy goes out to all the Curl family. I have known this family my whole life and they all were so precious. I don't remember ever seeing Marie without a smile on her face. She will be truly missed. May God comfort you all during this time as you lay Marie to rest.

Susan Streetman (Nederland, TX)

I knew Marie Curl for at least 5 decades! She was pretty and talented. She raised a very nice family and I was lucky to teach with one son and a daughter-in-law, as well as teach a couple of her grandchildren. I especially remember her singing in church services at FBC when I was growing up.

Marie was always a lady and close to loved ones and friends.
May you all find God's comfort and peace as you lay her to rest.

Tyna Schexsnayder (Port Neches, TX)

Mrs. Curl was one in a million. She opened up her heart and her family to me when I did not feel I belonged. She, and the rest of her family, made me become a part of their family and adopted me as an honorary "Curl". As I look back this has meant the world to me. She was loving, kind and loved The Lord. This time will be hard but with God we can handle anything. I loved Mrs. Curl and I love you all. I will miss her very much.
