Dear Mr. & Mrs. Windham. I don't think I've ever met you but I did met Blaine briefly during a time that he was allowing my son Adam to store some of his clothes and other items at Blaine's house. I spoke with him just a few weeks ago and we discussed making a plan for me to go by and get Adam's things. Adam is in jail now and will be there until November.

I visited Adam in jail today and told him about Blaine's untimely death. He was visibly shaken and saddened by the loss of his friend. Adam asked me to tell you that Blaine was a good man and a friend to everyone. Blaine was not judgemental about people and was kind. Adam said that the world needs more people like Blaine.

I send you my warmest condolences in the lost of your son. I cannot imagine the sorrow you must feel. My wish is that you will allow all of the beautiful things about your charitable son rise above what other challenges he faced. He was a good and kind man. I am grateful that his path crossed my son's. I know Adam feels blessed to have known him.

Blessings for peace and comfort to you all.
