Mr. Little when i heard about what happened this afternoon i was in shock because last word i heard was you were doing ok and slowly improving and i just cant believe it. You will be greatly missed by many people and probation and group will never be the same without you. you played a big role in my life not only as a probation officer but as a father figure and friend. You help me with so much and without those groups, our 1 on 1 times and your support that i may have not of made the 7 plus yrs i have made it so far on probation and even that time was rough but u were always there for me and many others. most of us don't deal with grief or pain well and i just pray to God he guides all of us in your case load that attends the Tue meetings, to be able to handle this and grieve properly without doing harm to our self by relapsing. when we were first told about your condition by Mrs. Jan (the ISP supervisor) she said its time to find out if we really paid attention in group and can apply what we learned in our daily lives till u get back, well now its really time because this is truly the hardest thing are group has and prob will go through together. May God bring peace to all your fam, coworkers, and the many lives you have touched including mine, at the Port Arthur Adult Probation Office

My greatest sympathy goes out to the Little family. i had the pleasure of meeting Bill in the early 90's at Central Mall where I managed the GNC he frequently visited. I came to know him over those 12 years as he would come in. He had a great personality and never met a stranger. He did like to talk. I was informed of his recent health issues only in the past week from my sister Donna Kelly who now manages the GNC there. She came to know him as I did. He was a very polite and well liked man who will truely be missed.

I will miss Mr. Little coming to the office everyday telling Boudreaux jokes and making us all laugh. He was a bright light in the probation office. May peace be to his ashes and may his soul rest in the pavilion of the most high God. Good night Bill, we'll see you in the morning.

Dear Bill,
You will be greatly missed. The Port Arthur Office will not be the same without you and our ISP Unit will definitely not be the same without you. Thank you for being such a dear friend and coworker. I thank God for blessing my life by allowing our paths to cross, for He is a Most Gracious and Giving God. Blessed are you to be in His presence. May God strengthen your family and His Love and Grace comfort them during this difficult time.
“Do not let your hearts be troubled. Trust in God; trust also in me. In my Father’s house are many rooms; if it were not so, I would have told you. I am going there to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come back and take you to be with me that you also may be where I am.” John 14:1-3
