Reva, I am so sorry to hear about the passing of your Dad. He must have been a great Father to live for 91 years. I can't recall meeting your sister but if she is anything like you he was proud of you both. Reva, I also want to thank you for all your help in answering questions about insurance, taking messages, and helping find me when an emergency came up with my wife or HER kids. How did we survive before cell-phones? Joe

Beth Patten (Orange, TX)

I heard today that Mr. and Mrs. Boyd had both passed away. I meet the Boyd's at Walgreen's in Beaumont when I worked there in the cosmetic department. We became friends the four years I worked there and I enjoyed many visits in the store and later many phone calls after I no longer worked there. No ONE could talk like Mr. Boyd!!! He and his wife Helen will always have a special place in my heart . No man was ever proud of his family like this man, he loved his family so much and talk about them every chance he got. I am truly sorry for your loss and you are in my thoughts and prayers. Love, Beth

Lori Moses (Farmington, NY)

Dear Mary Lou, Tony, Reva, Robert, Erick, Codi & girls,
I was so sad to hear about Uncle Fran's passing. He was a big part of my childhood and I remember him and Aunt Helen visiting every Friday. He always sat with us and talked to us about family stories and stories about his life. I also remember how he and my father went Christmas shopping together every year! He was always fun to be around. I am sad that he has passed, but find comfort in the fact that he is with Aunt Helen and his family in Heaven, and I hope that you find comfort in that also. Love to you all.

Carol Parent (Hamburg, NY)

Dear Mary Lou and Reva
Our deepest sympathy to you and your families. We have such fond memories of your parents; cooking chicken, sitting in the yard, Mom complaining about Dads smelly cheese, your Dad'smile and laugh..most of all the wonderful friendship and support they gave me. As Lee said he will always be " Uncle Fran" to us.

Love, Carol, Rick, Lee, Darlene, Fran, and Danae

Donna & Joe Baker (Tonawanda, NY)

Marylou, Reva and families, we are so very sorry for your loss. Joe & I both share wonderful memories of Uncle Fran and all the good times and family gatherings we had over the years. It was truly a blessing to my family that we had Uncle Fran and Aunt Helen as next door neighbors for years on Baynes St. Uncle Fran was always there when we needed him. Our daughters, Amy, Lori and Erin and their families all agree that although we are all sorrowful at Uncle Fran's passing, we are joyful that he is reunited with our dear Aunt Helen. Our thoughts and prayers are with you. Our memories will last forever.
