Bel, I am heartbroken to learn of your mother's passing. She was a wonderful lady whom I had the pleasure of serving for 32 years. When Charles and I got married, she painted us a fabulous picture that hangs in our kitchen today. I am out of town or I would have been at the funeral. Debbie Saturday, May 31, 2014 |

Bill, your Mother is/was a pretty lady. She still is because she only changed where she is living. I don't know the rest of the family but she sure has a winner in you and Ann and your immediate family. Just got the message today. So glad you had her here all these many years. We love you and your family.

Ibby & I became friends in the mid 70"s when I was getting my art degree at Lamar & she was taking classes. She was a nice person to me then & throughout these many years.
While studying at Lamar, she was an inspiration to me. She was a fantastic artist. Many times when I should have been working on my art, but instead I would just watch her sculpt. I was always amazed at the fantastic art she could produce.
I appreciated most her words of encouragement & optimistic spirit.
Over the years, no matter if I saw her at the Art Museum or in a retail business where I worked she never failed to hug me & say hello. Her smile & calling out my name was enough to make you feel great.
Thank you,
