Mrs. Chandler, Family and Friends. I just now learned of Bill's untimely death. What sadness it brings me. Bill and I were High School Classmates In Van Horn, TX. driving the streets and back roads of Culberson County hunting deer, having a couple of beers, and even competing against each other, playing chess.
