What a wonderful man he was and will be truly missed. What I remember of him is that he always loved to tell stories of his life, and he never forgot one of them, and I enjoyed his sense of humor. Always a smile on his face. He was a hard worker and provided for his family almost to the end of his life. What an example he set for us. I know you had your family waiting on you on the other side. Love you Uncle Donald, rest in peace.

Don was a classmate at Beaumont High and member of Co. H 36th. Division National Guard. He was a Sgt. under me and we had many a good time. I thank him for He and Allene for their friendship all these years. 1943-2014. We did not get called during Korea was but was prepared to go.Capt. Mike Cokison was our leader at that time? Don was a true fried and will be missed. My blessings to the family. Jerry Richmond Tuesday, May 13, 2014 |
