Gene was always an outgoing and fun guy. I have fond memories of many hours spent at their warm and welcoming home and Gene playing basketball with Ken's buddies and regaling us with amusing stories. He was a pretty good shot as I recall. I know he will be missed. My deepest sympathy to all the family.

We grieve the loss of such a great man and father. While we may be sad , there is also joy in knowing that his suffering is over and now his soul has been lifted up to our Lord and Savior.
