I am so sorry to read about the death of this wonderful, sweet lady. I am so glad I had the pleasure of meeting her and calling her my friend! My condolences to Mrs. Carter's family. I can remember her as far back as I can remember! She was a very special woman. She always had a smile. I always felt like I was one of her grandchildren.
