I was honored to have known Billy since starting school together in 1952. We were always good buddies, and enjoyed being in the band and in sports together. I had seen him for the last time in November. He told me his heart was only functioning at 30% capacity. The greater reality is that his HEART was always at 100% love for all those around him. He will always remain in my heart as a role model for caring and gentleness . Rest in Peace my dear friend, Vic Picou Saturday, March 15, 2014 |
