My friend and next door neighbor in Patterson. I admired and wanted to be as kind and gracious a person as she was. The last note I had from her was typically Marie. Concerned about others and assuring me she was fine. On Halloween in Patterson she was the first neighbor visited by the trick or treating neighborhood kids, the Brown's, Broussards, Feltermans, Albares, Stewart's....because she always made them pop corn balls.
