Sweet Shayne, Both you and Jim have been two of my most treasured friends in all the world for over fourteen years. Our friendship has stood the test of all the vicissitudes that life may bring. We have embraced one another in laughter and tears, the bright sunlight of personal happiness and the dark gloom of sorrow. I for one am profoundly grateful and privileged to have known Jim for this period of time, there are so many, many pearls of wisdom I take from our friendship and his life. I know how tenderly devoted you were to Jim, and the height of his own personal joy and happiness since you wed. I am praying that the God of all comfort will keep you in HIS peace in the days, weeks and months ahead. I look forward to celebrating his remarkable life and career with you and your family this Friday. With fondest memories of a brilliant physician, generous and loving husband and a gracious, kind friend. I will miss him..... Until then, Chuck

Dr. King was such a special man. He was a brilliant physician and working with him was an invaluable experience. I considered him a friend and I loved him. He had a good sense of humor and was very generous. He loved life and having fun. He was one in a million. He will truly be missed by many. My heart goes out to Shayne. Monday, January 6, 2014 |
