Our prayers go out to Sgt. Ratcliff's wife, family and brothers of BPD. Our son-in-love served with him on BPD and thinks very highly of him. We attended Woodland some years back and knew the Crosses there. Please know that we are thinking of you and rejoice in the assurance that you will be reunited one day. Wednesday, December 11, 2013 |

I didn't know him personally but I can remember him being the one to administer the polygraph test that I had to take to be hired on at the police department. I am still employed there and have been for the past 7yrs and felt we were all one big family and are always there for another in both good and bad times. Sending my condolences to the family!
