Lynda #2 (Vidor, TX)

I will forever miss the one and only "Linda #1". She was a dear friend, and we had lunch plans that won't happen now.
Linda could always make me laugh, or smile on a day when I didn't think it was possible. She was always there for me. Rest in peace my dear friend. You will always be #1 to me.

I met Linda shortly after her horrible accident..I considered her my Friend...The very last time I saw her, I said girl how are you doing..She sat weak and frail in her wheelchair and told me she was fine....I held her hand there for a brief moment and wished her well.....She is now at peace..I'm hoping Ill see her at one of those great garage sales up in heaven...

Linda was as unique of an individual as God could create – much like an uncut diamond that did not need to be cut -- though she was a cutter, herself. I first met her at auctions, then worked with her at Helena Laboratories, and later would sometimes see her around Kountze, in recent years. Her picture (probably Halloween) shows her fun-loving nature, a characteristic we all remember! She even recited poetry on the PA system – among the few announcements she could make without laughing. Somewhere back in the annals of our company paper, she wrote about her move to Texas and the “family” that she had/made here, at Helena. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.
