Lolita, I feel so blessed to have known you. We go back so far. French High School would not have been the same without such a kind, compassionate, and intelligent person. I will always remember you with the French Folk Singers. I will truly miss you and your beautiful smile. I, along with all who know you, have an aching, sad heart. My prayers and thoughts are with your family and all who love you.

Dawn Pickens (Beaumont, TX)

I've had the pleasure of working under Lolita's leadership for well over 12 plus years combined at both the County (District Clerk), as well as The City of Beaumont (Municipal Court). Her leadership and tenacity was second to none and her presence here in the office will be definitely missed.

This side of Heaven has lost a special lady, but truly Heaven has gained a GRAND WARRIOR Lolita you have earned your golden wings, soar with the eagles Beautiful Lady.

There is no doubt, Lolita was greeted with open arms of our Lord and He spoke these words to her...."Well done, my good and faithful servant".

Wayne and Stacy Wilber (Hamshire, TX)

Lolita was such a beautiful soul. She had a special ability to make every person feel important and appreciated. There are not many people who's passing affects, not only their loved ones and friends, but an entire community. Lolita is one of those few people.
Our deepest sympathies to Melissa and family and to Anita and family. Prayers of peace for you all.

Dolly Rush (Beaumont, TX)

I send my prayers of comfort, peace and strength for the family during the loss of a mother, sister, and friend to many. Cherish the love she had for you all and the memories that shall keep her spirit alive in you.
I am blessed to have worked with Lolita and call her a friend. I will miss the hugs that we would share. I will always remember the last time I visited her at home recently as I was preparing to sneak out as I thought she was asleep, she opened her eyes and said “ Dolly come give me a hug” and thanked me for coming. We shared a hug and she said “I love you Sugar”.
Rest in Peace Lolita you will be missed by many until we all reunite again some day.

Love you Lolita!

Dolly Rush
