It has been several weeks since the loss of this great lady. She was truly a friend, confidante and prayer warrior to all that knew her. Her greatest desire was to live for God with all her heart and never fail her Heavenly Father. Her love for others kept her available and oncall at any hour, day or night. She was stern and to the point when necessary but always ministered with the love of Jesus without fear or favor. She birthed many spiritual children during her life time as minister and social worker. As we reflect on the life of this precious lady each of us should search our heart to see if we know this Jesus she served. Some day He will return and we can see Miss Katie again. Are we ready? My Great Aunt Katherine was a strong Christian Woman who had a passion for what she did as both a minister and social worker and blessed many lives with her wonderful personality and her strong Christian belief. I know she touched many lives as she touched me and my family. A few months ago she had us all laughing as she told us stories. She was greatly loved and will be greatly missed. Love You.
