It is with a heavy heart that we send our condolences to the Tremont family in the loss of Derek. May God give you strength to carry you through these hard times. I can still remember Derek and Matt when they played baseball when they were little. Memories to be treasured for sure. Just know that the pain of your loss will ease in time and you will have treasured memories to help you. It's been 5 years since we lost our daughter Stephanie and it's the memories that help you cope with your loss. Praying for you as you go through these trying times.
