Concetta "Connie" Shelton

My heartfelt condolences to Connie, Charles, Linda, Larry, Jed, Cindy and family during this very difficult time. I was fortunate to have had the opportunity to visit with Cetta in May and would like to thank Jed for helping to make that visit possible. Not only will I miss her dearly, but I will miss her "lengthy" letters and her uplifting emails. May God grant everyone peace and strength in the days to come and know that you are all in my thoughts and prayers.

Cetta was a dear friend thru school and a fellow worker... Many happy memories with her and her suffering was felt by all of us. She will be deeply missed. May she rest in peace.

I'm so glad Bill and I drove over to the visitation. We saw the many, many friends and family, the ones who spent Cetta's last days with her. Larry, Geraldine, Connie, Linda, Charles, Jed and Cindy who blogged her last precious time at her mother's side.
We drove home so admiring of the loving spirit of this family. As in-laws and out-laws go, we have the best. Cetta was so loved. What greater gift can you give someone?
So we send our love and admiration and our promise to you all, we will never forget Connie Shelton and she will forever live in OUR hearts. Bless you.

My deepest sympathy to all of Cetta's family. Linda, you and yours are in my thoughts and prayers, but as we know, she is Home at last, free of pain and disease. It is so much harder for those of us left behind.

My thoughts and prayers are with you through this difficult time. It's never easy to lose a loved one, especially someone as special as your mother. She was a truly remarkable woman who always had a smile on her face. She will continue to watch over you with that same smile. Find comfort in knowing that she is longer in pain.

While I send my heartfelt condolences and sympathies to Connie's family at her passing and our loss of her lovely being to us and we all grieve for OUR loss, we can all be greatly comforted and pleased that she is not suffering anymore and although she is "at peace", she is not resting. Connie is dancing and celebrating in Heaven with God our Father, His Son, Jesus, The Christ, The Holy Spirit and all of her family and friends that have gone before. We can also celebrate her great and wonderfully full life! Praise and thanks be to God, Almighty!

My dear Aunt Cetta will be greatly missed by the friends and family she loved so deeply. Her tender HUGE heart, quiet, calming nature and generous spirit will be her legacy. I pray that God's peace which passes all understanding will be with Uncle Larry, Jed and Cindy through this difficult time. I will always remember her many cards and letters to me throughout my life, her genuine laughter around Maw Maw's table, and her thoughtful kindness to all who crossed her path in life.
