My sincere condolences to "Richie" Hamric's family. He did not know me, but I worked with his father in Orange many years ago during my summer vacations in college, 1969,70, and 71. If he was as wonderful a person as his father, then he was a very fine man. I actually did meet him once with his mother at the paper mill, and would love for you to give my regards to his mother now. God bless you. Robert Pahnke

Dear Danice,
I just saw this today. I am so sorry to hear of the passing of Richie. It was always a fun day working with him at the bookstore. He always made me laugh. I will give P.B. a call and let him know. I keep him posted on things going on in Beaumont.

Danice, Scott, and Richard and family, We are so sad for your loss. Richie was such a loving family man and was so nice to everyone he met. I never saw even a cross expression on his face. Our prayers are with you all in these days and always. God Bless...Pam Hargraves

Richard means "brave power", derived from the Germanic elements ric "power, rule" and hard "brave, hardy". He certainly lived true to his name.
May God bless your family with comfort, peace, and strength, Ritchie was a Godly man, husband and father with much love for all as we knew him.
Many prayers, Diana Vann Stewart and family

Danice and Family-
Not often in life do we happen upon men like Richie. Men who are not afraid to love, share, teach and continually give all credit to our Creator and God.
As fresh as your grief and sorrow is, know this. Your husband, dad and grandfather left an immeasurable mark on the lives of everyone he touched. He left a living legacy in all of you and a witness for all of us that will not be forgotten.
My prayers and grief are shared with you. My thankfulness is to God for leading me to the wonderful with witness that was my friend.
