I am one of Mrs. Thompson's fellow volunteers at McFaddin-Ward Foundation. What an inspiration was her life. Thank you for sharing this wonderful woman!

I'm so sorry to hear of your Mother's passing. She outlived my mother who passed at 96. God gave both of them a long life.

Aunt Katherine was a classy Texas lady. She was kind and had a great sense of humor. Just think how much fun Heaven is now with Granny/Paw Paw, Uncle Bill,/Aunt Aline, Uncle Harry/Aunt Marie, Uncle Buck, Aunt Cliff/Uncle Slug, Aunt Heloise and my brother Charles who gets to enjoy all the singing and laughter we always enjoyed when the extended family was together. And to all the other family members I did not mention here. What a reunion!

We are praying for the family members as we know she has been born to the heavens. We are sorry for your loss.

The heavens have gained a beautiful angel. I know Buck and Mrs Buck are dancing on heavens floors. Our sincere sympathies to all of the family.

I had the pleasure of working with Katherine at the McFaddin Ward House. She was always upbeat with a smile on her face. I always teased her about bowling - once she started talking about her games - there was no stopping her!! Such a lovely lady - she will be missed.

I would like to send my condolences to Katherine’s family. I was friends with her at Collier Park and will miss her dearly.

Aunt Katherine was always so sweet and fun to talk to. I really enjoyed talking about the Leicht genealogy with her. She was very knowledgeable of it and was always happy to share it with anyone. I know she will be forever happy in heaven with Uncle Buck. Rest in peace Aunt Katherine.
