So very very sorry. Life is not fair and it is those of us that continue to live that suffer. I had just met Jerry and was looking forward to many more happy times with he & Brenda. These things I know from that night of conversations....1.He was so proud of his children,he mentioned numerous things they had done and were doing and he beamed with pride. 2.He found his wife to be the prettiest thing he had ever seen and loved seeing her dance. 3.He loved that jeep.....took me outside to show it to me.When we left Brenda and Jerry that evening they were dancing to a song he just had to hear......Its your Love by Tim Mcgraw. May peace find its way to you all during this difficult time. Jerrys spirit will live on through you all and from one evening of visiting with him I know that each and everyday he will guide you to do one good thing for someone else, and you will feel his love again.God Bless all and I pray Jerrys love, kindness and consideration for others fills you with hope and eases your pain.He had a beautiful soul and loved you all so dearly.

Baby brother, I will miss you and I hope to see you again someday. It's sad that your great nephew Ethan will only remember you from pictures. We did not get to grow up together but I am glad I found you when I did. I will continue to pray for my nephews Kade and Colton and my neice Kaylee. I know their mother Sonia will take care of them. I also am praying for Brenda for physical healing and for her to draw closer to God leaning on Him for the peace that surpasses all understanding to comfort her at this time.

It's just so hard to find the words to say when we lose someone we loved so much and it seems like the world just stops. I pray for comfort in all the wonderful memories you have made with Jerry!

Jerry was a wonderful guy. There are alot of funny memories I will have from growing up with the family. Mom and Dad I am so very sorry for your loss. Holly I know you miss your brother so much already. Brenda, I never got the chance to meet you, but I am very sorry for your loss as well. To Jerry's 3 children - your dad loved you all so very much - you all wrapped him around your little fingers from the day you were born. No matter what he will be watching you all grow into wonderful men and woman. I love you all!

I've known Jerry since I was a teenager, & have always known him to be a really nice guy. My heart sank when I got the news of his passing. My heart hurts for his kids--my thought & prayers go out to them along w/Jerry's wife, parents, sister, & the rest of his family & friends. RIP Jerry--you will be missed.

Jerry...you alone were the love of my life. We were best friends at one time and become the worst of enemies. We didn't see eye to eye. Our paths were split in different directions....Thank you for the 18 years we had together. But on behalf of our three beautiful children Kade, Colton & Kaylee...Thank you for blessing me with them. I will do my best to raise them in a way you will be proud....and I know you will be protecting them all the days of their lives. Until we meet again know that I loved you.

Jerry and I worked together at ExxonMobil Refinery for a few years. He was always a pleasant person to spend time with. He just made the best of it. He liked to enjoy life and it was fun to hear about how he spent his time off. He loved his family very much. May God's grace see his loved ones through this time of sorrow and bring peace to their hearts.

I was a longtime friend and co-worker of Lincoln Marshall and attended NHS with Lincoln's son. Being from Nederland, I assume your loved one was somehow related. My sincere condolences and deepest sympathies go out to the Marshall family at this time of grieving.
