Welton "Terry" Terry Felps

Terry has been Family in the East Texas Workforce Solutions area for many years. I believe he enjoyed us as much as we enjoyed him. What a gentleman and scholar. We made a team of very caring individuals who worked together to provide assurance, information, advice and hope to literally thousands of people who were in the midst of massive permanent layoffs. We regret that we will be unable to attend the services.

Ada, Caren and family..I was so sorry to hear of Terry's passing. I did not know he was ill. My prayers to The Father in Jesus' Holy Name that by HIS Mighty HolySpirit, you all will be comforted in this time! I love you all by Christ and understand your loss. He and Monty are once again having a great conversation! Comfort and Love...judy

My sincere condolences. Terry was such a nice man & a great Boss. He cared about everyone, was so good natured and always had a smile. He will truly be missed.

We will miss Terry's presence at our office. He always had a smile and good advice. You could tell he loved his job and the people he helped and worked with. Terry may be gone but never forgotten.

Sorry to hear about Terry. I graduated with him from TJ and played baseball and football with him. He was a great person, always had a good outlook and smile. My prayers are with his family.
