Jill "Mrs. Jill" Shelton Badeaux

I just found out from my sister about Jill's death. Words cannot express the sorrow. Jill was one of the most wonderful people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. She impressed me the first time I saw her, with her incredible patience & love she had for her children, and those she cared for. I never had to worry for a moment about my kids while they were in her care. The world lost an amazing woman, but Heaven gained a precious citizen. She will be missed.

There are no words that can remove the pain each one of you are going through. We are so sorry for the loss of your mother. She was a wonderful and giving person. She touched so many lives through the years. She was so proud of each one of her children. God bless you and comfort you during this difficult time.

You will be missed here on the earth, and I will rejoice when we meet again in Heaven.

To all the children of Jill, I am so sorry for your loss. It was such a shock. Heaven got a good one. I will miss her. She was a good friend to me. When I moved here I needed child care, and I found Excaliber. One day when she was talking to me she found out my husband would need surgery, and she came to my rescue in taking care of my daughter. She went way beyond the duties of a Child Care. She was like that with many. She set an example to her children, whom she loved the most of all. And in the last week I have seen what she has taught them in them. Jill it stuck and you can be proud.

Dear Badeaux Children,
I was saddened to hear about the loss of your mom. Jill was a wonderful person and I greatful to have known her. My prayers and thoughts are we each one of you and your families.

I'm so thankful that you were on this earth. You always remebered that children only have one childhood and I will always be grateful for the loving care you provided for my boys. Everytime we traveled back to Texas, the boys always had to go find 'Ms. Jill', even after they reached adulthood. You honestly made an impact on their lives, as well as that of many, many more children. May God give comfort to your children, knowing what a special person you were and what a special mission you worked. You will be missed.

My thoughts and Prayers have been with Jill and her children for the past couple of weeks. We at Stable-Spirit will miss Jill and her smiling face. Jill lives on in the love of her children. Stable-Spirit is so grateful for your generous sharing of donations to our programs. Funds received will be put in our scholarship fund for those children receiving Hippotherapy services. Many children and their parents will have brighter lives because of your generous sharing. We love all of you.

I'm so very thankful for our visit a few months ago and I will cherish those memories forever.I know God will watch over your children and protect them. God just needed a special angel so he took you. The beautiful cross you brought me will hang in my home until we meet again my sweet and dear friend. I love you Jill!

Prayers to all the family in Texas and all of us here in Illinois and all elsewhere! I remember Jill well as I've been to Orange Texas to visit a few times as a kid. Aunt Wilmont and my grandma Lena Crippen were sisters. Jill will be so missed. Much love!!
