To the family and friends left behind, you have my very deepest condolences. I did not know Kevin, in fact im not even in the same city as he was working in but I work on the project he was working on. I felt compelled to write something for a young man who seemed to be a really good family man, and a really good all around guy. We are taking up a donation for the family which is but a small gesture hoping to in some way at least to try and make this very difficult time a little easier. I have a son just a couple of years younger than Kevin, I will pray for you. Please feel free to contact me if you wish. May God Bless and keep you.

I want to speak to u but I know you won't answer back. None of this seems real to me. Maybe u can help me find an answer in some form of a sign. We had just spoken a few weeks back and caught up on each others lives because it had been a what seemed like forever since we had seen each other and spoken. I keep telling myself you are in a better place. I keep telling myself its like you are on a vacation and will return. I guess i keep trying to psych myself out. I keep flashing back to all the moments we had had together. Like time u got mad at me from losing the baseball game, the time my mama sent us to bed cause we kept jumping around the room. Even that moment u walked across that high school graduation stage with that big sly smile on ur face and trying to pimp. If I never said I loved u before, know that every bone in my body does! I've been trying to hold back every tear and smile but I can't any longer! I love u and will forever love u! There is no bye warranted here. I'll see u later and we will catch up again. Until next time I love u and ttyl.
